Effervescent, celebratory and juicy, this amazingly easy drinking sparkler from German growers in the Rheingau is fruit forward, with a soft, almost imperceptibly off-dry finish. A gorgeous dusty pink color reminiscent of spring cherry blossoms.

Big bubbles and bright raspberry, strawberry and other wild berries dominate the entry. A hint of minerality forms a core into the velvety smooth indulgent finish.

Produced for other growers without the means to make sparkling wines. A combination of Pinot Noir by Weingut Mohr from Lorch fermented in Stainless Steel from steep vineyards with slate soil,  and Portugieser produced by Schlossmühlenhof in Rheinessen, grown in vineyards in the town of Alzey with limestone and clay soil, also aged in stainless steel.
