Light to medium-bodied, red-fruited with a nose of dark cherry, black tea and subtle spice. The palate has notes of brandied cherry and savory herbs. Hand harvested, 95% destemmed and 5% whole crushed to 1.5 ton open-top fermenters with no SO2 added and a 3-day cold soak.
