Rosolio, once the main drink of the King of Savoia, was enjoyed before Vermouth & Amaro's appearance in Italy and served as an 'Aperitivo di Corte'. The liqueur uses bergamot from Calabria and citrons from Sicily, along with Italian flower varieties.

Light citrus on the nose with hints of rose and lavender. On the palate, fresh tones of ripe bergamot citrus fruits are balanced with a light bitter and floral spice before giving way to a complex and long lasting finish.
