Gonet-Medeville's Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir with 90% of the fruit coming from Bisseuil and 10% from Ambonnay. The grapes are fermented in old casks and aged on its lees for over two years. 6 g/l dosage. Fine bubbles, concentrated flavors with incredible depth and energy. 

Fresh, well-balanced and pale pink in hue, with a core of ripe black cherry and peach skin fruit flavors enlivened by mouthwatering acidity. The refined mousse carries accents of walnut skin, anise, blood orange zest and grated ginger on the persistent finish.
