Limited production. A biodynamic wine that is grown from a tiny parcel of 60-year-old Grenache vines and aged in used oak barrels. Natural yeasts and very low sulphur.

A brilliant, intense black cherry colour, with a tangy, come-hither nose of redcurrant, raspberry and cherry. Silky tannins and gorgeous fruit flavours with notes of pepper and thyme. The roasted notes derived from the ageing in barrels brings additional length to the mouth and reinforce the precision of the fruit on its wonderful finish. Delicious now, but please wait until it has matured for at least 5 years (from the vintage date) to revel in the increasing complexity of flavours that comes with ageing.
