All of our ciders are simply Autumn fermented, Winter aged, and bottled just prior to Spring dryness. Our ciders are dry, naturally carbonated (if carbonated at all), unfiltered, and un-sulfited, with no additions like sugar, flavors, tannin, etc.

Elder Pomme (formerly Elderberry Apple) 2021 is from 95% uncultivated apples and crabapples and 5% wild, foraged elderberry.

Tasting notes are woody and grape like. Bright. Expect it to taste like a pet-nat red. Deeper than a rose.
