One of the most typical wines of Piedmont, finds its original expression in Monferrato. A wine with character, decisive, complex and concentrated. With a vinous flavor, rich in ever-changing nuances, dense, warm in the mouth and enveloping. The fruit is well balanced by a pleasant acidity and a bitter sensation that make it extremely gratifying both alone and in combination with any meal. Hints of licorice and cherry first, rose and even almond afterwards, all accompanied by a scent of clay that permeates the olfactory structure, reminding us of the intimate bond with its origin. It is a wine that you would never stop drinking. The important alcohol content is moderated by a low content of sulphites, which make it good for the body and mind.
