A wine born from the other side of Madrid tracks by winemaker Aurelio García Herraiz who rescued eighty-year-old vines to create this blanco.  Aged for a brief period in oak barrels before resting in concrete tanks for a few months. Mineral core, savory, stone fruit, sharp acidity, spice and length . Grapes: Malvar, Torrontés
