A single-origin Chenin Blanc from 40-50-year-old vines rooted in decomposed granite on the Paardeberg. Fermented naturally in cement and old oak, the wine spends 12 months on the lees. It shows greet citrus, mineral tenstion, and firm acidity, a pure expression of Swartland granite.
