Composed of old dryland bush vines of Chenin Blanc and Semillon, this wine was wild-fermented in cement eggs, foudres, and old barrels and aged 12 months on lees. The result is dry and textural, with aromas of pear, kumquat and lime, showing great precision and depth. 92% Chenin Blanc, 8% Semillon.
