Sold in a can due to being an unpasteurized and undiluted type of Sake and surprisingly delicate. Heat and air are huge damaging factors, so the aluminum can protect the sake. It is then filled to the normal 180ml right to the top, to 200ml, to reduce the amount of air that could come into contact with the Sake. Funaguchi has a rich, full-bodied flavor with a refreshing clean finish. Seimaibuai (rice kernel remaining) is at 55%.
