WHY WE LIKE IT: Lovely and elegant Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder in Germany).

TASTING NOTES: A dry and crisp German Pinot Blanc, offers a blend of floral and fruit notes. Aromas of white flowers, like elderflower and honeysuckle, mingle with fresh pear and subtle apple. The palate reveals a light, slightly tart bitterness from grapefruit or orange zest, along with saline minerality and a creamy texture.

PRODUCTION NOTES: Located in Nierstein, a sub-region of Rheinhessen known for its quality wines. Vineyards are primarily on the Roter Hang, with prominent sites like Orbel, Pettenthal, Hipping, and Ölberg. St. Antony was founded in 1920 and has been certified organic since 2006 and Demeter-certified since 2018.
