Light and dry - great for a summer day!

I have had many excellentPinot Grigios from this region of Italy - but this was not a particularly good one. There was not much to it- it rather resembled alcoholic lemon water. Refreshing but not memorable.

Smooth taste, bottle disappeared real fast.

Was what you would expect from a 12 dollar bottle of PG.

Dry, crisp, and zippy, this is a crowd-pleaser even your picky mother-in-law would crush. I used a splash of this to deglaze my pan when I made pappardelle ai funghi, and it made the mushrooms, fresh parsley and thyme sing. Pairs nicely with pasta, salty charcu, and... you know... not stressing about wine pairings after a long work day. $10 well-spent.
