From Rachael Petach, this blackcurrant liqueur made with Hudson Valley lightly fermented black currants, whole green cardamom, bay leaf, citrus rind, lemon verbena, wild honey and clean distilled spirits. Inspired by Ratafia de Cassis made by European farmers for centuries. Low proof at 16% abv, this is wonderful on its own as an aperitif over ice, not too sweet, and the perfect addition to wine for a kir or kir royale!
