Original rootstock from old bush dry farm vineyards. Produced by two friends who took a trip down Chile on a sabbatical (where the name comes from) and found some of the oldest grapes of Chile to use. Thick concentrated tannins and a soft, round body with notes of tobacco leaves and fruity. Sabatico is an excellent winter wine with stew, casseroles, and meats.
