An organic wine made with the selection of Vega Tolosa's best Bobal grapes from their old vineyards housing vines over 80 years old, located in the transition zone to Cabriel Valley's UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, Bobal Icon is intense ruby in ​​color, with aromas of plum, cherry jam, spicy herbs and minerals. On the palate it is soft and broad, with a gentle acidity and aftertaste of bitter cherry, plum and blackcurrant jam. Try with lamb chops, Manchego cheeses, or traditional Spanish dish Atascaburras (cod, potatoes, garlic).

Founded in 1930, Vega Tolosa is a family winery run by 5 generations. Located in Manchuela, they have 250 hectares of vineyards with exceptional old organic Bobal vineyards, cultivated in the transition zone to the Cabriel Valley recently declared by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve.
