This obscure grape was rescued from near-extinction by these young winemakers, who now create crushable, quaffable wines in traditional styles but with modern style. 

In the glass, the garnet wine glints with glittering highlights. The aromas leap from the glass, garrigues, rosemary and olive with hints of dark fruit. The palate is fruitier than the bouquet would suggest with cranberry, violet and garrigues chased with fruits du bois. The finish is long and satisfying with supple tannin and bright juicy acidity.
