Szent Donát's Rizling is made from 100% Olaszrizling grown in the Sáfránkert vineyard on red Permian clay sandstone soils. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 6 months before bottling. The work in the chai is a light touch with little to no sulfites added at bottling. 

Light gold color with aromas of salt, melon and pear. The palate is racy and full of energy with a tight mineral core and wonderful expression of the unique terroir. A wonderful wine to enjoy with Cioppino, Risotto or a cheese and pickle board.
