Produced by the Chacon-Ezrre family, 4th generation producers of Bacanora (mezcal from Sonora). Wild harvested from large Prickly Pear ("Tuna" in Spanish) tree cactus on their ranch, Rancho Torreoncito, Bacanora Sonora. Distilled in wood fired copper stills. 

Play with this like a rum for incredible daiquiris, sip it like a mezcal or use it as a modifier for prickly pear notes in your favorite recipes.
