This Venetian macerated white wine from criminally unheralded producer Siemàn was co-fermented in acacia barrels, with seven days' worth of skin contact. A judicious blend of Garganega, Incrocio Manzoni and Bronner.

A structured and elegant orange done without punchdowns or added SO2: it displays a bronzed floral quality, with clear spicy, piquant, and earthy qualities. This wine is evocative and romantic, calling to mind a walk along the English channel or Long Island Sound in August: sun-baked rosehips. gorse and tart summer wild berries with a hint of the sand and salt in the rustic finish. 

Pairs up beautifully with main courses, especially the plant based ones, but stuns with poultry and seafood. Also would be great for a romantic picnic on the beach.
