Winemaker Lillia Perez may have styled the Scielo Tinto after the storied wines of Bordeaux, masterfully blending Cabernet, Merlot and Cab Franc, but the wine is a true North Fork Masterpiece, with its whispers of sea spray delicately filigreed into this light red's raspy fruit and smoke. 

A great option for a day in the park, this chillable red is crushable and light but alluringly complex. While it doesn't need food for maximum enjoyment, it goes well with cured meats, charcuterie and pasta.
