This is a great North Fork Sauvignon Blanc with a tiny portion of the wine aged in French oak and 20% through malolactic fermentation. A white that blends both creamy and fresh elements. Notes of butterscotch, lemon peel and pear are carried along beautifully by bright acidity and supported on a gently creamy frame.
