This gorgeous skin contact Pinot Grigio was made in the style of the region of Veneto. It was natively fermented on skins for seven days. The time on skins gave this normally pale wine an intense ruby hue and wild notes to match. The wine has these wonderful savory qualities with dried fruit components but also a bright freshness; it combines the refreshing qualities of a white or rosé but has the textural richness of red wine. A delicate nose is led by cranberry and orange peel with a round finish of tart cherry on the palate. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan.
