Yes, the French make whisky and very fine whisky at that! This single malt is the first whisky of the range and the first produced in the North-East of France in the Lorraine region. It's slightly peated, then distilled twice at Rozelieures and aged in both Sherry and Cognac casks.These casks give intense and spicy aromas to this whisky which has a very long finish.

It's wonderfully spicy yet fresh on the nose with malt notes, fruit, and a touch of peat. The palate has a nuttiness, fruit, vanilla, and leather notes. The finish is long with lingering spice, cereal, and peat smoke. Delicious!
