White Port is a rare and versatile type of fortified wine; used in cocktails like the porto tónico (white Port and tonic) and can pair easily with food.

This amber-colored bottle shows lots of nut-driven character and could easily pass for a lighter-styled Madeira. The fruit is fresh and full of citrus and almond notes.  Quinta do Infantado White has a reddish amber hue from barrel aging and is very expressive of the style. Dried apricot and cardamom, flowers, plums, cherries, honey, marmalade, caramel, ginger, orange zest. Medium plus body and high acidity. Much more extracted and with deeper flavors than comparably priced white ports on the market. 

Pairs well with: seafood - Lobster, crab, swordfish, smoked salmon or oysters. Cheese course - apricot stilton, emmantelier, gouda, edam, munster.
