Samantha Sheehan says her "Poe" wine is inspired by the ravens that populated her backyard growing up. She watched the smart ravens use sticks for tools, gather food, and protect their territory.
100% Chardonnay. Hints of honeyed almond, nectarine, and delicate white flowers on the nose. Flavors of spiced pear, meyer lemon, and Gravenstein apple on the palate create soft edges that lend itself to an elegant richness. Sparkling acidity and stone fruit provide a truly beautiful, lingering finish. Outstanding!
