Distilled from domestic molasses and citing some extraordinary NYC history, Owney's Rum is a dynamic edition to the craft spirits scene. Founder Bridget Firtle cashed in everything in order to pursue her dream of making craft spirits the right way. Her white rum is full of gorgeous pure cane, molasses, and vanilla elements with some well-balanced esters and minerals. Bridget has since moved on from the company she founded, but this rum is a testament to a dream she fulfilled, and we have some of the last bottles made under her guidance.
