Like Neversink’s flagship gin, Neversink Reserve is distilled from 100% New York-grown apples and features botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, anise, cinnamon, and elderflower. The gin is lightly aged in French oak barrels that previously held Neversink’s own Apple Aperitif.

This warming, botanical spirit leads with bright citrus and juniper before transitioning to deep orange and clove, finishing with notes of pepper, anise, and a hint of sweetness from the finishing casks. An outstanding gin!
