This Chenin blanc is made from small, family farmed plots of sustainably grown grapes by a genial female winemaker in emulation of the master of Savennieres, Nic Joly. This is an inspiring, opulent and elegant Savennieres with floral aromas, length, crystalline golden fruit and a fresh, lifted finish with a bit of baking spice. 

Suitably exotic, yet ineffably classic, this is a great wine to pair with a cheese course and even lighter desserts, but would also do nicely set against a backdrop of bistro Moules Frites or Bucatini Carbonara.
