This Roussane and Vermentino blend from Mondestine has a light touch with the skin contact but it makes for a unique, funky, quaffable vin-de-soif from the south of France. Jumping with bright, evocative aromas, this wine has a surprisingly smooth and sophisticated palate, like a Wit beer on a summer day, it ultimately comes across as refreshing and creamy, if pert and bright. 

Great by itself but suitable for a wide range of cuisines, especially Iberian and Southern French dishes involving tart and piquant flavors.
