This painstakingly crafted blend of Mencia, Garnacha and Godello is grown lovingly on the steep hillsides of the Canon do Sil and hand harvested and sorted before being foot trodden and rested on the skins for a little over two weeks before being aged in well-used oak. 

The result is an aromatic, tantalizing and complex red with structure, finesse but most importantly, a sincere authenticity and sense of place. Medium bodied with structure and a bright finish, this wine is savory and earthy with dark and red fruit peeking through at times to give it a playful yet elegant sense of balance. A joy.
