This wonderful Sauvignon Blanc is a new DRINK Staff Favorite and one of our best quality to price values.

It’s a fruity, dry white all coming from a single plot. The Menetou​-​Salon Blanc is appreciated young and fresh (served​ between 10 and 12 degrees) and has a ​pale yellow color and is very lively on the palate​.​ It is a fine, floral and fruity wine, ​full of freshness, that can be served throughout a meal​.​ Fermentation takes place ​at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine lees​.​ ALC 12.5% by VOL.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with starters, shellfish, fish and cold meats​.​ It can be served well for example  with a green ​bean salad or goat salad, asparagus flan, cod accras and white pudding​.
