It is truly handmade, with attention to detail at every step. The green pungency is evident from the start, with peppery heat— warming and enveloping in its spiciness. The vegetal greenness and natural spice of the jalapeño is tamed a bit by a slight hint of brown sugar, making the finish more approachable — yet still quite punchy.

Matchbook Distilling, No Where 'Sunkissed & Stargazed' Triple Sec -  Starting with their Blingnova vodka (made from 100% certified organic NY corn) they add 30+ pounds of fresh, organic, whole navel oranges to a pot still allow it to macerate overnight. The following day, they run the stills and the oils and other aromatics from the peels and the fresh juice travel through the still into the spirt. Then, they proof the fresh orange distillate down and sweeten it to make it into a liqueur. A fresh take on a classic - but still perfect for your margarita.

Recipe:

2oz Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila

1oz No Where Triple Sec

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice*

Shake vigorously over ice, strain up into a coup or over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with salt, and a fresh lime wedge or wheel. Enjoy!
