A blend of Malvasia and Verdejo, grown certified organic with some biodynamic techniques over sandy soils at high elevations in Toro. Harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged in barrel with bâtonnage for 6 months. Bottled unfined, slightly filtered, and no SO2. A fuller-bodied white that has both delicate aromatics and some creamy weight on the palate. You might call it a "red-wine-drinkers-white-wine" or a "winter white" wine for heavier dishes and colder temperatures, though suitable for all seasons.
