A rum based tiki-style canned cocktail designed by bartender Erin Hayes featuring Magdalena white rum (from Panama) with red pomelo, cinnamon, pandan and finished with absinthe. Livewire is a company started by an acquaintance of mine from the NYC cocktail scene named Aaron Polonsky, and every bartender who creates a drink actually shares in the profits from its sale. He was way ahead of the canned cocktail curve and is doing good work.
