Xavier Weisskop's 2020 Chenin Blanc is a pretty and elegant, with quince, pink apple, chalky soil tones, honeycomb and soft lavender. In the glass  it's bright, full-bodied and zesty, with a lovely core of fruit and vibrant acidity. Made from de-classified Montlouis grapes, from parcels with vines that are over sixty years of age this wine has serious concentration.
