This amazing rose made from a local clone of Nebbiolo is fresh and lifted, even playful at times. It retains some sophistication but is mostly all about that afternoon with friends drinking well-chilled wines and discussing life, the universe and everything. 

Crystalline and precise with doppler waves of watermelon jolly rancher, tart cherry and distinct minerality. Very alpine and ethereal but still perfect as an aperitif or even with lighter foods.
