Enea runs the cooperative La Collina with a deep respect for environment, community and tradition. The wine speaks for the process, with an authenticity that speaks to the philosophical origins of Biodynamic practices and natural winemaking in general. 

The wine is aromatic, with notes of dark fruit and spice. The palate is replete with fruits-du-bois, baking spice and a raisiny depth that speaks to the unique terroir and practices. While not a sweet Lambrusco, this is far from bone dry with an affable drinkability that makes it a must for funky charcuterie and old world cuisine.
