Kubler Suisse is the resurrection of a recipe first produced by Jacob Frederic Kubler in 1875. Swiss Absinthes are typically clear in color and so this green absinthe is an important addition to our story.

It is a distillate of wormwood and sumptuous herbs. Its color is the natural result of the infusion of aromatic plants at the moment of distillation. As it ages, it takes on an autumnal hue without any deterioration of quality. Our Verte offers the experience of a genuine belle epoque absinthe with its typically delicate tint and subtle bitterness.
