Comprised of 24 x 10 gallon and 15 gallon barrels between 2 and 4 years old, Empire Rye #6 presents sweeter than previous batches, with a greater viscosity than most commercial ryes.

Notes of cinnamon toast, maple, and honeycomb wax on the nose, with plum, raisin, pumpernickel, and sweet tobacco on the palate. Lingering on the finish are oak, toffee brittle, black peppercorn, and pecan pie.

Like previous iterations of their Empire Rye, this elegant sipper is cheekily proofed down to 102 for 102 floors in the Empire State Building ;). Delicious!
