This almost poetically beautiful Rosato is made from the ancient indigenous varietal, Gaglioppo and named for a legendary Norman princess who lived in the area during the period of Norman fiefdom in the 11th Century. Made from old vines grown by the ocean-side and macerated for 24 hours, raised in steel tanks.
