An Organic Cabernet that still cleaves closely to the traditional California aesthetic. A blend of stainless steel and oak aging makes for a cuvee that is at once bright and juicy as well as deep and structured with the requisite vanilla and spice you expect from a classic cabernet.

Pairs well with steak frites, pasta Bolognese or an evening spent listening to old REM with a good friend. Full bodied but won't weigh you down, allowing its natural cassis, cocoa and fine grained tannins to craft a comforting evening's enjoyment!
