Arndorfer "Gerne" Kamptal, Austria - Technically, it's 60% Grüner Veltliner cofermented with Riesling in concrete tulip, 10% Grüner Veltliner cofermented with Riesling in stainless steel, 10% Neuburger skin-fermented in stainless steel, 15% Grüner Veltliner skin-fermented in stainless steel, 5% macerated Sauvignon blanc in stainless steel. All of the tanks were pressed off into a mix of neutral French oak and concrete tulip for 7-8 months of aging on full lees. 8 mg/l SO2 at bottling. Bright, exuberant, a balance between citrus and brine and a gorgeous white for any occasion. 

Shavi K'Ravi Akhmeta Saperavi, Georgia 2021 - A refreshing and unique natty red from Georgia.  Light bodied but incredibly intense and extracted with dusty tannin and notes of cocoa nib, plum skin, dried blueberry, rendered fat, leather, fall leaves, and granite. A great BBQ wine! Similar to Alicante Bouschet, this light touch, natural red from Georgia is made from this unique Georgian grape. Spontaneously fermented and aged in Qvevri, the traditional Georgian vessels, this wine is a great four-seasons red with chillable potential as well as the substance to stand up to hearty fare.
