An old turn of the 20th century formula balances the spicy sharpness of rye whiskey with rock candy (hence "Rock and Rye") and citrus. A little reminiscent of an expertly made Old Fashioned, this is amazing straight from the can but takes on layers of flavor and complexity with the addition of a high quality tonic or minerally soda water. 

Sweet and easy going but balanced and well made. An absolute crowd pleaser.
