This Cabernet is from a high-altitude vineyard in Lujan de Cuyo; it was fermented in stainless steel, with only half of it doing time in oak for eight to ten months. With aromas of black fruit, spices, and tobacco, it is a robust red, well-structured, with a long and persistent finish.
