Simon Gilbert has been one of the quiet achievers in Australian wine for almost 40 years. He’s a sixth generation winemaker who has built a reputation for producing top quality wines under his own label since 2004.  
 
This is made from Sangiovese out of Mudgee. It's a light, fluffy, watermelon-tasting delight, where the gentle sweetness and frisky fizz is perfectly balanced by the savouriness and natural spice of the Sangiovese grape. Crisp, textured, highly refreshing with a great finish. Delicious!
