Simon Gilbert has been one of the quiet achievers in Australian wine for almost 40 years. Simon is a sixth generation winemaker who has built a reputation for producing top quality wines under his own label since 2004. Now with son Will on board as co-winemaker, the Gilbert family winery is going from strength to strength.
