Winemaker and third-generation farmer/vineyard manager Fidencio Flores's single cuvée, "Mother," is a value-driven orange wine for everyone that doesn't skimp on quality or artistry. Fidencio grew up with the vines and often calls himself a "child of the dirt." Through Fallen Grape, he and his partners help to advance organic farming at scale throughout Santa Barbara County.

Grenache Blanc and Semillon are fermented in stainless, Riesling is fermented in neutral oak. Skin contact times vary up to one month depending on the variety and vineyard source. Everything is blended and aged in stainless after fermentation and additional elevage in barrels and stainless tanks.

Gorgeous and floral on the nose, replete with exotic spices and citrus zest. The palate delivers well, with the nuanced flavors merging seamlessly into a symphony of deliciousness.
