A small batch Agave spirit, akin to Mezcal. Made from Agave Maximiliana harvested from volcanic soils, roasted for two days in adobe ovens, crushed and then fermented in open oak barrels with wild yeast fermentation. Then double distilled in traditional wood fire pot stills. They use handcrafted bottles made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles. This is a refreshingly clean sipping agave spirit, with a wonderful creaminess on the palate and bracing minerality on the finish.
