This Alta Langa sparkler is a classic blend of 85% Pinot Nero and 15% Chardonnay. The 2017 Alta Langa Metodo Classico Oudeis Brut is clean with a brightly intense bouquet. 

The color is straw yellow with luminous golden reflections and the nose reveals a rich and floral bouquet with hints of citrus and fresh summer fruit. Well structured, mineral, harmonious and with a long, savory finish.
